I went with a large group and I think everyone but me like their entrées way better than I did. I really think maybe I just made a wrong taste choice. I went for a mushroom ravioli with a cream sauce. I have to say the service was excellent. It’s a cute little restaurant. You probably wanna make a reservation if you’re going there, the bread is incredible. It’s so so yummy. I did enjoy the appetizers. I was not impressed though by the Caesar salad I was with five other people and they all loved their trace. I think I just made a poor choice. I would recommend it and even for a romantic night or dinner.

I found this place across from my hotel. I ended up coming here three nights in a row. Everything was so delicious. The homemade Beef rib ravioli, Spaghetti with tiger shrimp in spicy tomato sauce ,and ribeye were the main dishes I had. Very very good. I loved the cheese cake for dessert. Their service and atmosphere is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and happy to see me back. I may come back again tomorrow.

I was craving authentic Italian cuisine, and IL Nido ("The Nest") delivered beautifully. Making a reservation through their website was very easy, though they also welcome walk-ins. While I don’t usually drink, their wine selection is impressive for those interested. The specials are announced before ordering; we chose the mushroom ravioli, which was one of their specials , and I also had the fettuccine with black truffle. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly portioned. The garlic bread is also outstanding—especially when paired with their olive oil and vinegar. Highly recommend for a great Italian dining experience.

The appetizers were very good. We had meatballs and the carpaccio. Delicious. The pasta was so so..ok. the chicken parm with cheese was pretty good. Great wine for very reasonable price and good espresso. Service could be a bit better. The owner was charming and very nice. The other servers can do a better job. Overall, for the valley, it's a great option.

We had a great date night at Il Nido! We love Italian food, especially authentic recipes that remind us of what it's like to eat in Italy. That's the experience we got at Il Nido. It was a not-too-busy Thursday evening and we were seated right away when we arrived. Our server made a great wine recommendation based on the pasta we were ordering. I had a glass of the Barrero (might as well have Italian wine when eating Italian food!) And it blended well with the flavors of the pasta we got. They serve slivers of garlic bread on a cutting board...thin slices of focaccia, perfectly sized to not fill up before your main comes (unless you eat them all which is hard not to do because they're delicious.) My wife and I ordered Futticcine with Black Truffle and Cacio Pepe pastas...they knew we were going to share them and divided up the portions on to 2 plates for us (without even asking) so we didn't have to do the mid-meal plate switcheroo. Both pastas were delicious! They make the noodles in-house and you really can't beat perfectly cooked fresh pasta. We left feeling really well taken care of by their staff, super happy with what we ate, and with a new authentic Italian spot on our radar for future date nights!

They gave us a free tiramisu and it was beyond amazing.

Adorable place with excellent food and fantastic customer service. I was visiting from out of state solo and was surprised how comfortable I was in here. It is cozy and quaint in the best way. The owner was so attentive and was able to accommodate and make modifications I was looking for! If I lived in California, I’d certainly return! Prices were very reasonable too, while still feeling high end quality.
